Residential Real Estate Analysis Tool

Executive Summary

Our real estate analysis tool is designed to allow the user to find the best real estate deals in a given zip code. With the zip code input, our tool brings in all the recently sold and currently listed properties from Zillow.com. The tool then runs a regression analysis and calculates estimated values for the currently listed properties. There is also a filtering tool that lets the user select what types of properties they want to view. The tool then sorts the properties by the best deals and allows the user to click on a property and pull up the associated listing online. Last of all, we have included an additional feature that allows the user to input certain values and calculate the mortgage payment.
