RELister - The Residential Real Estate Market Tracker

Welcome to RELister! - Steven Carroll
The Residential Real Estate Market Tracker

Executive Summary

I have been in the residential real estate market for a few years. I regularly visit websites such Trulia.com, Redfin.com, Zillow.com, and others. The main reason for these visits is to determine where I can capture the best value for the least amount of money with a real estate purchase strategy in mind. Therefore, I am looking for regions of the US that have the lowest ratios of residential real estate price per square foot. I am beginning my investment portfolio and I can’t afford to invest high levels of capital. Some of these websites provide a price per square foot value for each home but there is typically no good way to determine the average price per square for an entire city or an average listing price.

I have hand typed in real estate ratios in spreadsheets for years now but with no lasting system in place. I created RELister to be the tool to quickly and easily compare real estate markets across the US. No more hand typing residential real estate values into a spreadsheet.
